The privacy and security of our registrants is very important to us. This Privacy
Policy describes how we collect, protect and use personally identifiable information
(“PII”) we receive from Site visitors and anyone else who comes
along.
This Privacy Policy is an integral part of our Terms of Service, so please be sure
to review those as well, as capitalized terms in this Privacy Policy have the same
meaning as they do in the Terms of Service. And, as with the Terms of Service, we may
change the terms of this Privacy Policy at any time and without notice to you.
Also, by accessing or using the Site, you are accepting and agreeing to the
practices described in this Privacy Policy and any future updates to the policy. As
you are probably aware, the Site may contain links to other websites over which we
have no control. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of
other websites to which you choose to link from our Site. We encourage you to review
the privacy policies of those other websites so you can understand how they collect,
use, and share your information.
Some of the Site pages may be provided for informational purposes and you may be
able to use the Site without telling us who you are or providing us with any PII.
There are times, however, when in connection with your use of this Site we will need
information about you.

What Information We Collect
Registrant Information
To use the software and services and participate in any of the activities offered
on the Site, you will need to register and create a profile that will be stored
on our servers so that you can access the Site again without having to reenter
certain information. To register you will need to provide PII such as name,
address, email address, other contact information and specific criteria (e.g.,
age or gender) that are established for each program and clearly stated on the
Site. We may change the types of information that are required and any such
changes will be clearly indicated on the page where you are required to register.
You will also be asked to provide payment information such as credit card
numbers. You will need to select a unique user name and password to verify your
identity for future access. Any time the Site is up, you will be able to access
and edit personal information that you have provided. If there are specific pages
on which we collect more or different kinds of information, we will inform you
and give you an opportunity to choose whether you want to take advantage of those
offerings.
Registering Children
We understand that some activities offered on the Site are for minors under the
age of 18, and children under the age of 13. We understand that you may need to
submit sensitive information about the age, grade, height, weight or allergies or
with whom they would want to be placed on a team with. No one under the age of 18
may register on the Site. If a registrant in an activity offered on the Site is a
minor, the minor’s parent or guardian must register and submit all
information on the minor registrant’s behalf. We are committed to the
privacy of children and adhere to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of
1998 (COPPA), Basically what that means is that we won’t let you register
if you are under 18. We will not knowingly collect any PII from minors and, if we
find out that a minor has registered, we will terminate that person’s
profile, username and password.

-
Security
We use a variety of security measures to help maintain the safety of your
information. All PII and credit card information we collect is stored in
encrypted form in a secure database which is protected by a firewall and hosted
in a high security operating environment that is monitored 7 x 24 and not
accessible by the public. We use secure socket layers (SSL) encryption for all
credit card transactions that we process and whenever we transfer registration
data. However, we cannot guarantee that those measures will be effective or that
unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use
your PII for improper purposes. Please remember that data security is a

been made. We may make minor changes from time to time as our services change, as
our relationship with other partners develops, and as the Internet evolves. If we
plan to make a significant, material change in the way in which we collect, use,
or disclose PII, we will notify registrants of the change by email and by a
prominently posted notice on the Site. You will have a choice as to whether or
